I've really had enough....
In March, my mum gets a latter saying the CA has stopped, a few months later and now without really a reason why (and hearing a serval reasons via the phone from the social), they have stopped her IS, and at her work intervew at the Job Center thingy, they told her to claim ESA and make it sound like she has only just left her job due to illness, surely this isnt allowed...... As, she hasnt worked for like 6/7 years now...... She has been so busy caring for me.....

why was the CA stopped they must have given a reason?0

If your mum's CA has stopped, that is possibly the reason that her IS has stopped as well - you can only receive IS under certain circumstances (being a carer is one).
I agree with Woodbine - why has the CA stopped?0 -
Has anything changed with your own benefits?0

If you are not currently in receipt of DLA, even though you may be going through the tribunal process, CA will not be payable.
It can be backdated if your award / appeal is successful.
Likewise, there is no grounds for your mum to be in receipt of IS, as until your DLA is sorted, there is no entitlement.

Yea, as has been said, you must actually presently be receiving payment of DLA for at least the Middle rate of the care component. Has your award been reduced to the Low rate care component? If you are not receiving that payment currently then that is why the CA has been stopped. It will have to be re-applied for once your Middle rate care component has gone back into payment.0

Sorry took a while to get back, we got CABS invouled, and they dont understand what has happened, me mum showed all letters dating back from Dec 09, so if they are confused.... Though they told us to fill in ESA forum, so we have done....
I'm on Low rate care/mobilty, which I am fighting for.
Just to add:
***CA got stopped in March - we understand that (someone reported me mum and told them I wasnt blind and I can see and all that rubbish - which is untrue, I am now on slighly/blind reg..... but it took them til now (a week ago) to tell us about the IS***0 -
