Hi, My partner had a bank loan which we have just paid off, she was sold ppi and this was stated in the terms and conditions which i presume she signed. would she still have a case for a refund.

Yes if you feel that it had been mis sold. Have a look at the check list Reclaims £1,000s. How do you feel this was mis sold?:mad:0 -

Hi Scott and welcome
As Maxdp says, if your partner was mis sold the PPI for any reason then she can give it a go on the reclaiming.
Complete the FOS questionnaire.
You will find this on the link added below - towards the bottom half of the page - Stage one.
(this are in replacement of the first template reclaiming letter).

Once completed send this to whoever was responsible for setting up and selling the policy.
Keep a copy in case it needs refering to again at some point.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond with a decision - sometimes they will send a letter to ask for more time to investigate, that is fine, they should therefore give you a timescale on when you should expect to hear from them with a decision.
