(Morgan Stanley)Barclays & Natwest CC PPI

:mad:Hi

Im sending off my letters to the above tomorrow. I did start the process last year with each of them, asking for my original agreements and amounts of PPI but got fobbed off by both!!!

So now I finally have the time and willpower to deal with them, im getting back onto it!!!!!!!!!

Natwest completely tried to fob me off with providing any info, as I was querying a CC that I had paid off and Barclays sent me through a copy of Morgan Stanley T&C's but these showed no details of mine.

Im now requesting BOTH again in my new letters.

SO HAS ANYONE OUT THERE HAD ANY SUCCESS WITH EITHER OF THESE FOR PPI CREDIT CARD RECLAIM OR WERE YOU FOBBED OFF LIKE ME!!!!!!

Please let me know......
Slowly but surely we are getting there??!!
3 refunds & 1 loan finished! 1 PPI waiting, Car finished! loan/school/no childcare£ (-1.5 years & counting!!)....
Im doing as many competitions as poss! Try & keep positive & If you dont ask, you dont get! :(
