BT Direct Debit Complaints

Hi
I have been trying to make a complaint on the above via their live chat and on two occasions was advised that someone would call me bac.Needless to say i have not heard form anyone
Does anyone know of a managers email address that i can complain to

    No, it is impossible to complain to BT these days. You must either leave them or put up with it.

    BT reps come on here sometimes and they may ask you to contact them. But it is more to shut up vocal complainers than to solve your problem as I see it.

    Exactly my own experience badly handled compliant leaving me no choice but to leave.
