Help does anyone know how to remove an ignition barrel hubby just snapped bloomin key in it an all garages are shut now and cant afford to call one out really stuck now 9 yr old got a footy match in mornin :mad:

Sorry car is a k reg rover metro quest dont know much else about dh gone off to cool down not best pleased with himself. Half the key is inside tried all my screwdrivers an the wont go in. Never a car thief about when you want one0

Instead of a screwdriver, put the other half of the key in the barrel and try it. I had a Hyundai that worked for years like that.0

:rotfl: Have tried tweezers it's 2 far in but thanks anyway hun,even tried a magnet to no avail, have took he thing off from round stearrin coloum and managed to get end of barrel off but cant find said pin hun an no gd givin dh a screwdriver he don't know one end from other :rotfl:0
