I think you have risked an almost certain negative from buyer number1, which will hurt your standing on Ebay as regards DSR, you may wish to send them another email saying what a complete novice you've been and apologise.0

I have done that, but am getting rather odd emails back which make no sense.
I'll have to put it down to experience and certainly won't make the same mistake again.0 -
This is horrible, now I've received a rather threatening message, in response to my apology saying "ok, injury".0

Well that is most certainly not on. You need to ring Ebay and also follow up with an email reporting the buyer for sending you threatening messages (this is I presume, what they are). Let us know what happens.0 -

I reported the threat via a form on ebay, and I've blocked the buyer.
I'm really upset about this. I've found a form for reporting 'threats of bodily harm. Should I also send this, or will it make the situation worse? I'm obviously concerned, as this buyer will have my address etc from the invoice/winning bidder info. Opinions? Thanks0 -

It is very much a personal decision, but a short time ago I had a similar situation where a seller I bought from turned nasty, he tracked down my proper selling account, and things turned sour. Needless to say, I put my foot down, stuck to the Ebay rules and he is now suspended.
Most threats are harmless, but the threat should never happen. Report them. And yes, threats of bodily harm if it is relevant, is the one to use. I used this too and had contact from Ebay within a few hours.0 -
Bear in mind this may be 'youth speak' for something totally different. It took me ages the other day to realise that some kid was using the word 'sick' to mean good or pleasing.
I'm glad I'm old:cool:
I'm not sure about using the word 'injury' though? It's just really stressing me out now, especially knowing they have my address.:(0
