IMHO, it is very difficult to state the any economic data is or isn't short term noise. I certainly don't have the confidence in the "recovery" that you seem to have.
Why aren't we heading the same way as Japan? ECB seems to have lost the plot conmpletely.

We're only writing about a three year period here. Not a lot of prospect of a large amount of deflation in that timeframe. Easy enough to change plans if that actually does happen, unless a structured product with a fixed term is used, like the one described at the start of this discussion.0
