Anyone else had their Amazon order dispatched? Im dubious - mine still says not yet dispatched 14 December etc..
  • Heres why I,m abit annoyed, no not annoyed (in context its only a computer) but abit disappointed with ARGOS.......

When I put my order in and paid in full, up front they gave me the guarantee it would be here on Dec 8th and I did'nt beleive the Argos employee. So I asked to speak to his manager (who's name I got) and he gave me the same guarantee, so I asked for it in writing, he declined. We even got to the point were we joked saying no one asks for the manager when ordering !!!!

My order was put in late October...........I think its time for a MSE petition against Argos.

I have started a separate thread about this on the Argos board. Perhaps you might want to contribute there.

If you are planning to go a buy a Wii (not pick up preordered one) from Tesco Extra stores, you may want to know that the electrical department where you buy your Wii from doesnt open until 8am. Not sure if this goes for all stores though.

Mine is also being delivered using Parcelforce but went for the 1st Class postage option. So only cost £1.69 before VAT for delivery.
  • Well, this morning my delivery status on lx direct was received in depot and now it has changed to what it has been for the past three months, order accepted - I doubt one's coming then.. :(

My Woolworths order stuck on "Back order or pre release", and my card hasn't been charged

I am NOT happy right now and will be marching into the store I chose as soon as it opens tomorrow and demand answers about my order number.

My understanding is that a company owned by Woolworths plc called E UK is Europe's biggest home entertainment electronics wholesale supplier and is behind the entire Wii fiasco.

One would have thought then that Woolworths customer orders might get satisfied better than others...
