Bank charges help please

Hi

I know some of you have started to claim there charges from there banks. I sent my letter before action to the bank and got the standard reply says sorry you not happy blah blah.

My question is when should i start filling in my money claim form with the courts? Should i wait 14 days after sending the letter before action in.?

Hi there

I got a standard reply letter so I worte again and thanked them for their standard reply and leaflet and invited them to respons accordingly. Within 2 days I got a nice letter and promises of them assisting. Its worth the 32p stamp
