House Insurance

Hi, I have been with the same Ins Co. for past 5 years and have been advised that they will not be offering insurance when my policy expires. This is due to me having 4 insurance claims within the period ( 3 of which related to flooding from neighbour and roof leaks) I wonder if anyone can advise how best to arrange new buildings and contents insurance. I'm aware companies will ask for details of previous claims and worry that I may be refused by other companies too because of this. Has anyone been in a similar position and able to advise how to go about arranging cover? Are there particular companies that are best to try first?
Thanx
