Cost (good or expensive?) - skirting, architrave, doors

Hi

I've just had a quote for:-

Supply and fit of skirting and architrave in 3 bedrooms (all doubles, 2 smallish, once decent size)

Fitting only of 10 doors, supplied by ourself also to buy our own handles and latches etc.

Plastering of one room (3x3.5m with eaves).

£1175. I struggled to find a joiner, so I feel a bit backed into a corner. Is this a good price for the above? I need to call the guy tomorrow and tell him if I can get doors by tuesday because they could start then. I'm in two minds about it. I like the fact that they can come in and do the work quick. I'm wondering though if the price is excessive. Another local place advertises £60 for supply and fit of doors. That would be £600. So I'm thinking when I supply my own stuff (maybe £35 per door including ironmongery), then it probably should cost about £30 per door fitting only (£300), plus the plastering is worth about £300, so I would be paying £575 for the skirting and architrave. This makes it sound pricey I think?

Somone please help, I'm confused. :o

Seems very reasonable with the plastering. Subject to it being a full replaster. But for all the tea in china, I would not give plastering and woodwork to one and the same person.

It is a skim of plaster, walls only. Ceiling is woodchip (nightmare to come off).

Is a skim different to what you mean by 'full re-plaster'? And if so, does that mean still a good deal, or not? It's a guy that employs half a dozen guys, so I don't think it's the same guy for plastering as the joinerywork.
