Southall Travel beware....

I needed 2 tickets for vancouver. And used all the usual sites. Found southall travel the cheapest compared to british airways by £300 which was also direct and southall travels not.
So went and booked my tickets online. Payed the fee in full with a credit card and received a email titled travel iterniery. Opened the email and it said the amount I payed could go up. And had the travel details etc. It also said I would receive the etickets within 24 hours. After 26hrs I recived a call from southall travel saying the seats I had booked were not available. And more expensive seats were whish they wanted another £1000 for. I told them at the time of booking other travel agents were showing availability for these seats. Then I said no I didn't want to pay more as I did not trust them. So I had no choice but to book with british airways which cost me an extra £500 than the day before as no other flights were available. Southall travel returned the money onto my credit card.
I checked again on their website and they were still advertising the same seats for the same price which were supposed to be not available.
Just want to warn others of my experience and also need advice as I want to take them to a small claims court or anything else I could do to stop them taking advantage of customers.

Not sure where you would stand on this one as their website does state that prices can change after you have booked.
As for their website, did the prices say from £xxx? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
