    Hi there

You could request for a SAR (Subject access Request), they should supply all they still hold on your account(s), if you have the account numbers for all (I would add them on the SAR request) to make sure they send all info they may still hold. Do not send a separate SAR for all.

You can try tracking down older account numbers, for instance if your still with the same bank where you repay your loan monthly repayments, the account numbers are normally shown next to these repayments made, so if you bank online, some will allow you to go back the last 7 years or so.
They have 40 calendar days to comply.

The SAR letter template on link below, you enclose £10 cheque or postal order for this request.

Hope this helps, good luck with all your reclaims.;)

Sorry Kimmy just noticed you asked me a question.

I originally wrote my letters to Welcome compliance in April 2009 regarding my loans from Jan 2003 and another in Aug 2003 they replied with the letter sorry but we don`t agree you were missold PPI.

I then contacted FOS who took my complaint up on 25th July 2009 it was referred to an adjducator and on the 26th July 2010 the adjducator called to say that he agreed we were missold and informed welcome of the decision and that they are to refund me the PPI payments made with the 8% interest.

Sorry I only noticed this but hope that helps.

I have received final response from Welcome for loans in 2003, outwith guidelines so I am intimating against Aviva Insurance, if that goes belly up I will then go to FOS.

Hi thanks, l wrote back to them stating they where regulated in Feb 2003 and therefore l was pursuing my original claim, l got a letter back yesterday with a completely diffrent account number stating l did not have PPI. Today l am writing again with a copy of credit agreement and correct account number asking why l received this letter. But the funny thing is my daughter had a loan with Welcome Finance finished 2008 and she wrote a letter as she was also missold PPI and got back a letter yesterday with identical contents stating she never had PPI.
They now must be trying to hoodwink people who they think have not got original agreement to state they did not have PPI.
    What a company.

I intend to they obviously got someone in there complaints dept sending out standard letters without even checking, and maybe some poor soul who does not know any better would accept this.
I have just sent back my response with a copy off my loan agreement which clearly states PPI.
Also l am ready for them when they say they were not regulated in 2004 as l now know different.
    :)
