Can i claim Income Support as well as Incapacity?

Mum might be entitled to claim Carer's Allowance if she fulfills the criteria (she may already be receiving this - I'm not sure from the posts).

Another alternative would be for the OP to claim her benefits in her own right, then pay her mum board each week - they would have to agree a suitable amount between them. This would give the OP a little more independence and control over her income.

My mum is my full time carer, 24 hours a day everyday. She has to help me with every single activity. I would much rather have my mum caring for me than having carers coming in. My mum does everything she can to benefit me, i don't mind her keeping my D.L.A, in my eyes she deserves it.

He is living with her, she is helping him and paying the bills and he will be using electric water and gas etc too, so it is only fair this should be the case.
