Which wireless router to buy?

Hey all,

I'm looking for a new wireless router to buy. The last one I bought (Linksys WAG345G) has lasted me 4 years and is still running strong - but I've given that to family so I'd like a new one.

Could anyone recommend a similarly trusty and reliable wireless router?

What sort of features should I be looking for in a wireless router nowadays?

Thanks for your help :T

Special thanks to Toxeth O Grady who 4 years ago recommended the above router on these very MSE forums - a good investment.

Also, I just checked and my laptop has Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n capability. So does that mean I could get a Wireless N router and not have to use a USB receiver to get the "better" speeds associated with the N routers?

Considering I use my router for sharing my broadband, online gaming (PS3) and pretty much never do any file/printer sharing, would it be more cost effective just to stick with Wireless G or will N be better?

    Thanks again!:T
