Allders Account Card - Alternative Number?

in Credit cards
I have an Allders Account card but as it shows on my credit record I have decided to cancel (and it might not be much use in the future anyway given their current problems!).
I phoned Ikano who are identified on the card but they no longer operate the card - it has apparently passed to a company called Creation.
Does anyone have an alternative number for 0870 608 7810 (the kind lady at Ikano, on the Ikea line, gave me that number!) or 0870 240 9397 identified on the Allders website.
Many thanks

I think you may have problems getting answers at the minute as Allders are in administration, being run by Kroll limited of London.Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.0

0870 240 9397 is the correct number.
The finance company behind the Allders card (Creation) is not connected with Allders themselves, so Allders account cards will still be usable in all other retailers that accept the DUET card and at ATM's.
It's highly likely that Allders cardholders will be re-issued with a DUET card not bearing the Allders name at some point in the future.0 -
I got a letter from Ikano today stating they wish to return an overpayment on my Allders account. I don't even recall them owing me money. I spoke to them and they told me it's 5 years old and Allders account was owned by Creation finance and they would credit my account. I was concerned Ikano was dodgy but it doesn't seem that way. Why would it take them 5 years to track me down as I haven't moved address?0
