I have now filled in the questionnaire and am ready to send it off, do I have to attach anything else i.e. a letter explaining what I want?

    Good luck Simon

A letter is optional, if you think you have further information to give, then of course write it in a letter and enclose within the questionnaire, fingers crossed for you.;)

  • Good evening,

This is just an update on this thread... I received a firm "no" from HSBC so went down the FOS route. A0pprox. 15 months after my complaint was registered I received a letter to say that are going to pay me... £12,501.01 !!! I had to read the letter about 5 times to make sure I had the figure right.

A massive thank you to everybody that helped/offered advice I really appreciate it!!

And a massive thank you to the team at Money Saving Expert for giving us this amazing website it is a truly amazing tool.

    Cheers
