Is Norwich and Peterborough CC still fees free? Their website doesn't show any BT fees? Can anyone confirm please? Thank you.

According to Stoozing.com it is still.
From their Terms and Conditions (wouldn't open in Firefox):
(NOTE: Condition 5.4 above only applies after the six months is up and only to balance transfers as cheques - and then at a special rate.)5. Charges
5.1We make a handling charge of 2.5% (at least £3) for cash advances except gambling transactions. We may also limit the amount you can take out as a cash advance to a percentage of your overall credit limit. We will tell you what this cash limit is when you open your account. We will also tell you if the percentage changes at any time.
5.2 If in any month you incur interest and this is less than 50p, we will make a charge of 50p which will be added to your account in place of the interest.
5.3 If you make transactions in a foreign currency, we will change the amount to sterling at the exchange rate used by the payment system. We will charge 2.75% of the value of each foreign-currency transaction. The sterling amount shown on your statement will include this charge. If the transaction is a cash advance we also charge the cash advance handling charge shown above
5.4 We may charge a handling fee of 3% (at least £3) for cheques offered at special promotional rates other than a special promotional rate you received when your account was opened.
5.5 We may also charge you for the following special services.
• Sending a copy statement £5
• Changing your statement date (if you have already £5
asked us to change the date twice in the last six months)
• Processing any foreign currency payment to us £10
5.6 We may change any of the charges listed in conditions 4.1 or this condition 5 and 9.1 and introduce new charges at any time by giving you notice under condition 13.2.
If you apply now and get accepted you will get a Halifax generated paper Agreement. This could be different from anything taken from the webiste as quoted above by the time it is recieved (if recent last minute differences at Unioncard are anthing to go by) but hopefully they are some way for rejigging these terms.
At present it clearly states on N&P:
0% p.a. on balance transfers for the first 6 months - No interest to pay on balance transfers for six months and no annual fee......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -

Credit card terms and conditions
EDIT: Milarky, the T&C's I linked to above only have 4 conditions in section 5...
5. Charges

5.4 We may change any of the charges listed in condition 4.1 or this condition 5 and introduce new charges at any time by giving you notice under condition 13.2.0 -
Milarky that's just my concern I know that I've read it somewhere on stoozing forum or here (not sure) that they have applied for the card knowing that it doesn't charge any BT fees then when they received their documents it states that it has a handling fees. Surely that's misleading isn't it? If let's say for example I'll go for it then print the one what's advertise on their website including their summary box, do you think I have a strong case for the fees to be waived?

I take it these are a building society? I would assume there would be no problems with this card getting accepted everywhere?0

It's issued by HBOS - the same as Unioncard (hence the reference to last minute changes be relevant here.) I was going to add that existing Norwich & Peterborough credit card customers (assuming they have held it for over 6 months) would have received a notice of variation at least 30 days before any such change can take effect. These people are our 'eyes and ears'. It there was such a change notified it would appear here or on stoozing.com within days and new applicants could get their skates on in time......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

Do they treat gambling transactions as cash advances or make any other charges for gambling transactions?Milarky wrote:5. Charges

Ah righto. May try them next then0 -
Just applied for a £9K transfer from Cap 1. Was accepted instantly with an £8K limit.
So I should now have £8K with N&P and £8K with PO. Stoozing continues for another 6 months.
I must be close to £100K credit limit with all the 'live' cards I have now, shall have to start cancelling some.0 -

The lady I just spoke to was quite proud of the fact N&P don't charge any fees.
All done and dusted.0
