Help - DVD MP3's to Computer?

Could anyone help or advise me. I have a DVD with MP3 files on (it's an audio book) and I want to be able to transfer it to my MP3 player.

I thought I could copy it to my computer and then transfer to my MP3 player (a Sansa Clip) as I've done in the past with my CD's but I can't.

It will play fine on my computer but I cannot find how to copy to my computer and then transfer to my Sansa Clip. Normally I just add to the library in Windows Media Player but that does not work for the DVD?

Maybe it's not possible but I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out all to no avail and before giving up I thought I'd ask and see if anyone can help?

Many thanks...

Could you provide a short review of what you've tried so far, so that if we say "Do X, then Y" we don't just get told that you've tried that already....?

Sorry for the delay but I've had a family emergency, will have to leave it for now and try again when I've a bit more time and a clearer head!

    Thank you for your help.

I've now managed to transfer the DVD to my computer and then to my Sansa Clip, not quite sure how but it's worked in the end! Thought I'd update the post and say thank you.
