Praise for Bensons for Beds

About 15mths ago I purchased a bed from this company,it has a built in matress topper which is a bit like a sheepskin topper.I stripped the bed the other week and noticed that the top part of this topper had pink markings on it.At the same time as buying the bed I bought a matress protector and always used this,there were no pink markings on the protector.I went into the shop about this and they asked me to contact their customer services.I did this and they asked if I could send a photo through of this issue,I did this.The next day they contactedme and said they had spoken to the manufacturer and they had never had this complaint before but they would order a new matress and get it shipped out to me

Excellent customer service and a very good CS telephone system that they have in place too

Blimey, this must be a first for Benson's !! It would be more likely to be a Manufacturer decision rather than Benson's but either way, it's still a good result for you !

Nice to hear something positive as all I ever read on here about Benson's is how bad the customer service is. Like Woohoo though, I am tempted to think it is a manufacturer decision. What brand was the bed?
