I bought something from here that didn't fit. Because I paid through paypal they would'n't give me a refund instore, so it cost me £2.94 to send back to them.

They only refunded the price of the jeans, leaving my £3.95 postage out and also £2.94 postage out as well.

Therefore I am almost £7 out of pocket and have recieved nothing from them.

Is this not wrong?

I have emailed them and they said they will not refund any postage money back, yet had I of bought instore I wouldnt have had this charge.

Is this not discrimination towards those unable to leave the house?

Anything I can do to try and claim it back?

I have experienced this too when paying by paypal on the New Look and Miss Selfridge websites - they would not refund in store I had to either accept vouchers or post the stuff back. I have no problem if this is their policy but they should state on their website that if you pay by paypal this is the case, as at the moment it says you can return to any store.
