just received my first negitive from an american buyer!
he has been buying a few pairs of trainers over the last few weeks and got confused and left a negative for me by mistake.he was meant to leave it for another seller who sold him some fakes! argggggggggghhhhhhh.
i only sent his trainers yesterday via airsure so they havent even arrived yet!
he did email me and apologise about negging the wrong person.but didnt mention anything else
what an idiot!
how do i go about removing this neg?

AFAIK all you can do is go for mutual removal of feedback, the neg will be removed but the wording won't. Possibly ask him to do a follow up comment saying 'Apologies, left for wrong seller.
