Is it possible to hire a car when on an IVA?
I sometimes have to hire a car with my job . I use my credit card to book it, then I have to produce the same card that I booked on when I take hold of the car.I always get the money back.
My question is if I go on an IVA will I be able to hire a car.I am hoping to get a pre paid card.
I would hate work to find out.
I seem to have every possible senario going around in my head at night. But I will make a desicion soon
thanks in advance

Shouldn't be a problem... discuss it with your IP though!
If it can be done on a prepaid card then it's definitely no bother but if you're using a credit card then technically you're using credit and you would have to discuss this with your IP. Since it's in the course of your job and related to how you earn your money then it sounds straight forward enough.Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Is it not possible to obtain a company credit card ? You could 'suggest' that you want to keep your personal and business finances separate.
I know what you mean about having everything going around in your head and its important to make the right decision. However, my personal advice is don't delay it too long.
Good luck.0
