oh dear... you need to get over yourself, you really do... you just not bright enough and can't keep up; that's why you have to resort to this kind of stuffHe was abused as a kid, or maybe he is suffering from fetal alcohol syndrome?
let's see if one of the forum pedants highlights this post as out of order
i'm sure that the anger will go away one day - try not to worry about it. it will be ok...Just beware, chucky will go to enormous lengths to get you to read his posts. This includes, but is not limited to, dragging up posts from over a year old.0

I'm sorry but this is an appalling statement to make about anyone. My wife works with abused children and its no joke. Ther are some real horror stories and she often comes home from work quite distressed and disturbed from what she has witnessed and has had to deal with.0

Just ignore his pathetic comments, he really ain't worth it. The wookie is a very bitter and sad individual who is a total loser, and desprerate to enjoy home ownership, but he never will. He knows that, and so does everyone else.0

A lot of property bulls really are impressive individuals.
Not only are they financial wizards, they are also great judges of character.
It`s nice that they are so modest about their great powers, and so courteous to their fellow countrymen.
Can`t they just let us bears wallow in defeat ? Surely they have enough time and money (probably made out of property) to go out and enjoy themselves, rather than rub salt into our wounds.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0
