    im very delighted that cityam agree with me. i knew i wasnt far wrong. in fact if Cityam lived round my way theyd be even more bearish as house prices are taking a bit of a tumble at the moment

    Just put chucky on ignore like I did. He can't debate and acts like a child. He is upset that he is lossing the argument and results in insults.

    come on graham - you get told about this type of thing nearly every day now...

    he runs away from threads when his posts and threads are ripped to peices in about 5 minutes... you're starting to do this type of thing now with the more 'difficult' questions put to you

    i'm not sure why you tried to hide the bit i bolded out... was it really worth it?

    Just beware, chucky will go to enormous lengths to get you to read his posts. This includes, but is not limited to, dragging up posts from over a year old.
