Hi,
Im with talktalk.Yesterday morning I rang a hardware shop and after they put phone down at their end I forget to press the end call button on my phone.
I was reminded in evening as my cordless phone started to beep as battery running low. Am I right in thinking that as long as call was ended by other party that I shouldn't get charged for the call, which is ually free with my anytime package?
Someone else got a large bill too for similar error (22hours) that cost £75 but found on googling that BT will end a call either if the caller or called hang up, wonder if talktalk does the same?

Hi joe,
THis would depend on the type of number dialled and how/if the call was terminated by the other person.
A landline to landline call is terminated by the originator, i.e yourself. In order for us to advise you further on this we would need to look at your billing account.
If you can register on the TT Members Forum (http://www.talktalkmembers.com/forums) we can complete the relevant security checks and advise you further on this.
