I have been trying to book flights through Opodo since yesterday lunchtime without any success and their customer service department is less than helpful.

I can get the page where I am offered a choice of available flights, I can fill in all my details but as soon as I click on confirm the page goes blank and I am asked to re input the details again, and again, and again.

I e mailed customer services late last night who responded with a standard e mail saying they are sorry to hear I am experiencing difficulties but to try again.

I have just phoned them to be told that their system is running slow and to try again for another 2 hours before calling them back to see if they can help at all. I am beginning to think they don't actually want to sell anything.

Sorry to hear you're having such problems trying to book a flight with Opodo. I have used Opodo twice in the past couple of months and have never had a problem like this. Infact their prices tended to be the cheapest for what i was looking for and their service was excellent.

You could try https://www.flightcomparisons.co.uk or https://www.cheapflights.co.uk, these two sites were also very reasonable
