Hi, I'm normally a happycamel but I've spotted a few troll posts today and they make me really sad and annoyed. Isn't life tough enough without people coming on to a board meant to help people and then making nasty comments? What do these people get out of it? Sorry, rant over, normal HappyCamel service resumed...

Och thanks 3dogs..I know I've done really well so far this week what with cheese (albeit grated but proper stuff)...and now eggs :T...

Shame the scrambled egg...well baby food it ended up because I went ott with the courgette in the food processor and pureed the thing :rotfl: - didn't turn out so well as expected but never mind at least I WANTED scrambled egg :D...major achievement...

Anyhow just rising my food processor loaf right now (first rising) only like I've lost my cling film  so currently it has an M+S bag over it :xmassign: and it needs more flour but hey ho...

Hope everyone is well...been thinking so much about espresso ice cream this week I simply HAVE to make some on Friday evening regardless :D

Next weeK CHEESECAKE methinks..anyone fancy popping over...

Total cost to date of Erme's food revolution = £30 though it's going to end up costing a fair bit more if I prematurely kill the FP with all this baking...

Thanks If - they're gorgeous - sorry not been around much but I've been caught up with something else over on the other site (where Niddy went) where we have been very worried about one of the members - but we have done what we could and can just sit back and hope that everything will turn out OK
Hi everyone, not been around much on here myself for the same reason 3Dogs mentions above. Work has been a bit calmer so will hopefully be around a bit more. Is everyone ok? :D Sorry if i've missed anything, only skimmed through posts quickly.

Erme, I love coffee ice cream. You're doing really well with it all!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Erme I'm sitting here feeling jealous of your meals and future baking delights! I lurve cheesecake and coffee ice cream!

Don't stress too much with the pur!ed food thing - i do that all the time with soup when i attempt to smooth some of it but leave some chunks of veg in and i get to blender happy and it turns out like baby food! :D it still tastes good and it's still healthy and good for me and those are the main things i think! :D

  • Hi all, has anyone heard from Borrasic this evening? Must be a Handy sized hangover she had.

Mil not two good today, still giving Mrs H heck though, she says she feels like she has a bell around her neck!

It would have been Lord H's birthday today, we all assembled at the hall at 1.00 to have a wee [STRIKE]treble sized[/STRIKE] dram in his memory.

Its fun using a petrol hedge cutter after a drink [STRIKE]heath and safety would have a fit[/STRIKE] The tops of the hedges were level as a bowling green [STRIKE]not[/STRIKE].

See you all in a short while, handy.:D

  • The wind howls down the valley, the tumbleweed rolls past the ruined shack, a gate creaks on its rusty hinges as it swings in the wind. The Moon comes out from behind a cloud to reveal.
OOh the lights come on, not many folk around tonight, was there something on telly I should know about!:)

Catch you all in the Morning.
    cheers, handy.:D
