I'm sorry that although I've read all the posts I can't be bothered (and I don't mean that in a bad way) to reply to them at the moment. I have been a bit down over the last week or so due to the contact my D has had with her ex. I have got a very bad gut feeling that he is going to talk her into having him back and after he left her looking like mike tyson, that is not an option in my book, I can't talk to her, she won't listen, I've just got the hump with her and she knows why, but won't say anything to dismiss my fears, which just confirms them even more. I can't go through all this again, I really can't and I don't want my grand-daughter to either.

Sorry guys, had to get that off my chest to someone other than family:o . I'm going to the shop now to buy some booze coz I feel like getting out of it:D anyone want to join me! Apologies in advance cos I don't really know what I am saying or doing at the moment, not beacause of drink but because my mind's in a spin.:o

((((hugs)))) BL, I can't imagine what you're going through at the moment worrying about your daughter and grand-daughter. Not suprising your mind is in a spin, so please don't worry about us lot being offended because you don't reply to posts, that's the least of your worries.

As Geebee said, you can give advice if it's asked for, but there's no guarantee it's going to be followed, all you can do is support your daughter and try to make her see that things are a lot better without him in the picture.

If you need to rant, carry on, you need to get it out of your system somehow, bottling it up will do you no good at all.

Thanks If - they're gorgeous - sorry not been around much but I've been caught up with something else over on the other site (where Niddy went) where we have been very worried about one of the members - but we have done what we could and can just sit back and hope that everything will turn out OK

Like your problems BL - you know we areal behind you and thinking of you andur daughter - hope everything turns out for the best

Good news on the MouseAnn front - I spoke to her today by phone and she may be out in about a week providing they can teach her how to climb stairs with crutches - she has decided to be discharged to her own home instead of her son's and she will have carers to see that she get up and down the stairs safely morning and night - she will be OK downstairs during the day as she does have a downstairs cloakroom (otherwise known as a loo). She said that she had really enjoyed our visit last Friday and thanked everyone again for their support and good wishes. She can't wait to be home again and back on the interweb

I'm off to my bed now - had a late night last night (no not boozing - I was online) and am still tired. I promised Mr 3Dogs I would have an earlier night tonight so I had better go now !!!!!!!
