Aww Nargle, do we have to be??!!!
Hope everyone is well today. I'm just getting my stuff packed for the weekend (a.k.a my big summer holiday!) so althouh I'm busy busy it's the good kind of busygot all the eats and drinks for going away (it's self catering) and I think I have all other items I may need...it's just a case of finding them!
luckily I don't have lots of things to hunt for as I'm a minimalist packer but after seeing the forecast for the next few days I'm going to hunt out my wetsuit, scuba apparatus and flippers!!!:rotfl:

Handy's away for a few days and I find Fred on Page 2.
With Mrs H and family at MILS bedside, only hours left. Thank you for your thoughts, even now she is defying all medical science. She is a tough as old boots.
If I last 95 years I would be so lucky.

Is any-one religious watching the papal visit? I should add I'm not religious but feel the need to point out how blue the sky is! Living within walking distance of the park, I can vouch for the weather having been like that all day! Well, I did it, I got on the bus! We went into town, then had a coffee in Pret (only £1, bargain!) where I treat myself to a breakfast baguette, then had a mooch round WH Smiths, and got the bus back. I know it sounds pathetic but I'm proud of myself.
I think I'm gonna have a nap before going out to run a few errands later.
The sun is shining here, it was raining earlier but it came out when we were in WH Smiths, I felt blinded by it when I came out!
:j:j Well done Ames! That can't have been easy. I'm proud of you too:T:T

Good evening everyone, had to give in and put the central heating on this evening as it's a bit chilly. We have it on fairly low, though.
