Oooh, Erme, what's snow cake? And do we have to wait until it snows? Can we have a practise run just to check the recipe is ok before it snows? ;)

Ames, my friend was 38 hours before they decided emergency action was needed! And I know she hasn't told me the worst of it 'cos I've not got any kiddies and she doesn't want to put me off. I have told her she should go around the high schools and tell the story - I think that might help lower the teenage pregnancy rate!

You all had a very hectic weekend! Looks like you drank waaaaayyyyyyyyy more than me and I was at a wedding! (Had to buy a last minute emergency dress as the zip on mine split and I the wedding next to Donnington Park, not Glasgow!). But it was a fab wedding with cupcakes and sweeties from the 80's :D (wham bars, fruit salad, mojos, black jacks... my dentist will kill me!)

But I'm now totally confused as the wedding was a Sunday wedding - but I can't get my head around that so I keep thinking it's Sunday night just now!

Off to bed in the hope it will help my addled brain!

Take care every-one, good night :)

Nicca, that sounds like a really fab wedding!... I love all the 'retro' sweets!. Black Jacks.... Yummmmeeee!!!

Sorry about the dress and having to buy another one, that's not good. Well.. it is, but not if you're watching the pennies!. ;)

Well, I did it, I got on the bus! We went into town, then had a coffee in Pret (only £1, bargain!) where I treat myself to a breakfast baguette, then had a mooch round WH Smiths, and got the bus back. I know it sounds pathetic but I'm proud of myself.

I think I'm gonna have a nap before going out to run a few errands later.

The sun is shining here, it was raining earlier but it came out when we were in WH Smiths, I felt blinded by it when I came out!

Well done Ames!!. :j It is not at all pathetic, it was something you were having trouble with and it's something that you've managed to achieve. It will get easier each time you do it.

Thanks for all the kind words!

I'm going to the theatre tonight and I'm going to go a bit earlier and get something to eat (after signing up for their loyalty scheme which gives 10% off food and drink, as well as other concessions), and do some writing at the same time.

Oh, just out of interest, are forum users supposed to report AE's as well as trolls?
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

GeeBee, an AE is Alter Ego - registering under another username for secrecy or 'mischief' - if it appears to be for mischief, I would see no harm in reporting them Ames
