Have just followed Wol's recommendation (from her diary) and read the thread by Henpecked on the House Buying, selling and renting forum. It's about some prospective buyers wanting to bury a dead Great Dane in the garden of a house they had only just put an offer in for....read and enjoy! Sunny - we're using the deposit from this place to pay for our bed but it's still mega bucks (compared to any bed, I've ever bought) but I agree that it'll be a good investment0

Handy, I am totally and utterly gobsmacked by the contents of your rant last night - what a load of barstewards! They say in everyone's life a little rain must fall, sounds like it's blooming monsoon season down your way at the moment! Am sending loads of furious vibes your way for you to pass on to them......and a big hug for you matey! (Nargle doesn't often do hugs so you're honoured).
Cheers Nargle, I shouldn't have gone off really. The family have really got me hacked off. I never had kid's of my own and when me and Mrs H got together I inherited a grown up family. She never cut the apron strings. Even though they all left to do their own thing. Eldest lad lives down south and he's OK, if he knew what was happening he would blow.
Mrs H's brother (a world famous wealthy artist ) could only spare a day to help.:mad::mad:
Youngest lad had to [STRIKE]speed![/STRIKE]go back to Cornwall cos he needed his prescription?
Trapfly can't help cos he's working a circus in Ireland, before flying off to India to try and make up with ex No 3.
The only one who is helping is son Nick who has had a class A problem for 25 years. Great int it!
We ought to be on Jeremy Kyle.
Sorry ranting again:o
I keep asking myself how did I get here. Before I got involved I was a successful professional on a good salary, now I'm the handyman.
True what they say about being nice to people on the way up, you may need them to be nice to you on the way down.
Anyhow, normal service. Have you heard the one about...............................................................................................................................
keeping folks in suspense.......:rotfl:Mother Nature Don't Draw Straight lines, We are Broken Moulds in Life's Grand Design, We look a Mess but we're doing fine,
