    .very weak...! I'm muddled and I DON'T LIKE THE CONSPIRACY and I noticed the doctors now have control over whether it's light or dark and what the radio says about me...I CAN'T STAND IT....I told ppl today about the conspiracy and THEY LIE AND SAY IT'S IN MY HEAD (obviously not when the world service is sending me coded messages about what it's going to do to me)..

    I'm so weak I can't even get out of the house...I can get to the lift and that's about it...fortunately I have food but I'm too weak to prepare it but I have bread i made yesterday.

    so this is a wee email to the 3 bears to beg you to stop all this...it's bad enuf you shoving numbers all over the wall & your spy cameras but trying to kill me remotely with weakness kaj stuff is too much. dr c i've had 75mg of chlorpromazine today. house is a tip...too weak to even crochet.... want to eat good food like past few wks but it tk me 2 hrs to make sandwich spread & a sandwich today....want to bake for sur meeting on wednesday but weak,,,

    hjaelp but you won't you'll just kill me (so this is also going to bruce, frank & milliband so folk know ya killing me)
