so these 'your IVA was mis sold' scams...

has it happened to you where theyve phoned you saying you were mis sold it, we'll help you get out of your IVA...
what happened next? i presume you had to go bankrupt or what?

i think its a scam but OH is seriously thinking about it

Are you sure that it was consumer action group? If so then that's worrying.
You might be better off posting this on the IVA and bankruptcy boards as well so you get the most replies.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
yeah thats the name theyr using, i think theyr piggy backing the name
they also had the cheek to use an insert from the bankruptcy board on here too

Sounds like a serious scam to me.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
