Praise for Mitsubishi - electrics side of their company

I have a Mitsubishi heat source pump attached to my flat (the actual place of the hsp is the bit of ground between my flat and the bike park) which reduces heating costs.
Now today I've received 2 letters, one from the HA as my flat is shared ownership and Mitsubishi themselves telling me that the HSP is involved in a product recall. One of them blew up. As I've got an immersion heater as the HSP only heats water to 55c and the immersion heater heats it to 62c as legionella survives at 55c, not 62c, I've been told to switch off the HSP. I will be getting £100 for the extra cost of heating the water for about a month as by then the thing will be replaced. My leccy bill worked out at 85p a day!
Even a guy from the builders came round to switch the hsp off.
I think that is excellent customer service.
