hi, please can anyone add to the list of search criteria that these companies use when signing up for a free trial?
ie, to stop you signing up again!
also correct me if i am wrong!
are any other companies which don't use any of the below search criteria?
thanks;
1. your e-mail address
2. your home address (first line)
3. your postcode (delivery address)
4. your name on delivery address
5. your name on credit card details
6. your credit card number
7. your postcode on credit card details (billing address)
8. ...... anymore?

Hi
I am currently with Lovefilms on a free trial service. Why was it worse DVD company?
Thanks

I just find they are rubbish at sending them quickly, more often that not i get films at the bottom of my list/low priority ones, and have had several problems with disks, customerservices etcBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

I actually liked LOVEFILM. Screen Select, however, were crap, well their customer service anyway. I ended up being charged £14.99 after my free trial even though I sent the DVDs back a week beforehand. And at the time the tariff I chose was £9.99, not £14.99!0

I just use a different card...0 -
hi, i have used a different card!
please explain?
thanks0 -
What have you changed? Just the card?
When I did my current trial (lovefilm), I used a different card, and put number 35a (rather than number 35) as my address. I changed my email address, and that was it.0
