i was parked unloading my disabled friend to the bank when i got back i had a ticket

Show a pic of the front and back of your PCN if it came from a Council. There's a good chance you can get off this completely if you appeal the right things in the right way.
Also can you show where you were parked, bay lines & signs? If it's local go & take some digital pics including the termination lines at the end of any bay. Otherwise find the bay on Google Street View & post the link for us to see.
Or were you on a yellow line or double yellow? Did you display a disabled badge correctly?
(It sounds like a Council ticket - but of course if it's a private one you can ignore it).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
