Have you tried searching https://www.download.com for budget. They have full, shareware and freeware programs on there, most you can download and try for free before you buy.

I got Money 2007 for £1.20 in Bangkok so if anyone is off to that part of the world soon, worth getting it. It's the US version but works well.MFW #185
