Hi All
I wonder whether any of you lot can help or just offer advise..
I received a PCN Yesterday for a 'Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway'.
Now my question is this. I was parked over a curb but my issue is that all the other vehicle on the opposite side of the road were also and none of these received any notices.
My vehicle still had enough room for pedestrians to pass. And there are no signs anyway along this road stating that you can or cannot park on the curb. So why am I the only vehicle on the road with the PCN?
My vehicle and one other was the only vehicle that was parked on this side but to me, it still doesnt explain why I was the only one with the PCN.
Any thoughts guys? Sorry if vague just ask me for more info.
Thanks in Advance!
Jamie

I assume you are in London? They have a blanket regulation about parking on kerbs (with a few exceptions). Its galling but not important to the ticket that others got away with it. Can you copy/scan/photo the ticket, both sides please, remove personal details and host on tinypic. Copy/paste the url and put it into a post and remove the http:// bit.The more expert will look at it for you and see if they have fully complied with the regs when making out the ticket.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
