Every day between 22nd June and 13th September, Lebara there will be a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to one of the great England cricket match.

What is included in the prize for the daily draws ?
The prize is a pair of general admission tickets for each prize draw. The prize does not include travel, accommodation (if required) or any other element of cost. Details of which tickets are to be won on each day can be found here.


Am I automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw?

Yes, anyone who validly enters the daily draws by 11.59pm BST on 31st August 2010 will also be entered into the Grand Prize draw that will take place on 1st September 2010.


Can I win more than one prize?
Entry is limited to one entry per person per method per day, but you may enter each of the daily prizes and you can win more than one prize.


What if I cannot make the date of the match that I have won?
We are sorry but we are unable to provide alternative tickets to those shown in the schedule.


What do I do if I am a winner but have not received my tickets?

Tickets are normally sent out within a day by secure delivery. If you have not received your tickets with a couple of days of the relevant cricket match, please use the contact form found here and a Prize Draw representative will be in touch with you.


If I win Lebara’s Big Call Grand Prize, who can I invite to join me?
Any friend or relative can join the prize winner, provided they meet the conditions in the Terms & Conditions .

LEBARA’S BIG CALL: UK PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate family members) of Lebara or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
2. The prize draw consists of:
a) a daily draw for the duration of the UK prize draw for the prizes described below at 6 a); and
b) a Grand Prize Draw described below at 6 b).
Both draws are subject to these terms and conditions, entry to the Daily Draw is also entry to the Grand Prize Draw.
3. To enter - either
a) visit www.lebara-mobile.co.uk/bigcall and complete the entry form with your details
b) OR text LEBARA to 81008 and we will ask you to reply to 2 questions by SMS. You will be charged for each SMS you send at the standard network rate, plus a promotional charge of 25p for the final SMS from us
c) OR enter with one of the Lebara promotional teams at selected cricket matches during the season
4. Maximum of one entry per entry route per person per day. Additional entries or those that do not contain all the required information will be deemed invalid.
5. The promotion starts at 00.01 BST 22nd June 2010 and entry for the last of the daily draws must be received by 11.59pm 13th September 2010. Entries are only valid for the draw relating to the day of entry. However for all entries received by 11.59pm on 31st August 2010 will also be entered into an additional prize draw to win the Grand Prize (see below and clause 19).
6. The Prizes :
a) Daily Draw Prizes: There is one pair of general admission tickets (“Tickets”) to a pre-agreed Cricket match to be awarded for each of the 84 days of the promotion. See www.lebara.com/bigcall for a full
list of dates of draws and associated ticket prizes. Note : prizes are tickets only and do not include travel, meals or accommodation if required.
b) The Grand Prize: two tickets for the 4th npower Test Match, England v Pakistan at Lord’s in London, UK on Friday 20th September 2010 including a food hamper, travel and 2 night accommodation (twin) in a 4 star London Hotel with breakfasts plus £150 each in spending money. Grand Prize also includes the right to invite a friend or relative from anywhere in the world and you will receive free return economy class tickets from their nearest international airport, airport transfers in the UK, ground transfers in the UK and 2 nights in the same 4 star London Hotel.
7. Winners will be selected at approximately noon each day (including weekends) in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the prior calendar day or on 1st September for the Grand Prize Draw. For your total confidence, all draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas the independent promotional verification service.
8. Winners will be contacted the same day via the mobile phone number supplied at time of entry. For the Grand Prize Draw, the winner will receive a live phone call from Ian Bell. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts within 24 hours, due to the timing of the tickets, they will be disqualified and the prize re-allocated to an alternate winner.
9. Daily draw prizes will be sent out within 48 hours by secure delivery. Details of the Grand Prize will be provided to the winner directly.
10.There is no cash alternative and unless otherwise agreed in writing prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
12.For winners names and county please write to “The Big Call” at the Promoter’s address below within one month of the closing date stating the relevant date of the prize draw requested.
13.Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, Lebara, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the cricket match or other elements of the prize beyond Lebara’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
14.Lebara’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
15.By entering winners agree to allow Lebara to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
16.By entering this prize draw, you consent to Lebara collecting, storing and processing your personal information in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering and assessing this Prize Draw and for future marketing purposes. Where a prize includes tickets to an event then for the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, we reserve the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers and/or service providers.
17.By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any instructions to enter provided by Lebara form part of the terms & conditions of this Prize Draw, and should there be a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence. The current valid and binding version of these terms and conditions shall be published on the Internet at www.lebara-mobile.co.uk.
18.Lebara may refuse or disqualify any entry (including a winner) if the entrant concerned acts in a way which Lebara reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive.
19.Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this prize draw.
20.Lebara reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, including circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and without liability to any entrants for doing so. The availability of tickets and/or cricket Matches and other arrangements of any prize may occasionally be changed or cancelled for reasons outside Lebara’s control.
21.This prize draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this prize draw.
22.Additional conditions for the Grand Prizes :
a. Winner will be entitled to invite a Guest to the cricket match on 20th September and such a person qualifies as a Guest subject to the following criteria :
i. Guest must be either a family member or close personal friend of the winner.
ii. They must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
iii. The name and details of the Guest must be made known to the Promoter by noon on 4th September 2010.
iv. Guest must be resident at a place within 3 hours land travel from a major international airport.
v. Guest must be prepared and able to travel on or about the 17-18 September 2010 and return on or around 21-22 September 2010.
vi. Guest must be able to obtain, via their own efforts, all necessary passports, visas, medical certificates, bonds or other documentation required to enter the UK.
b. All travel must be booked via the Promoters appointed Travel Agent.
c. Travel insurance for winner and their guest will be provided subject to normal policy terms.
d. All travel and other prize elements are subject to availability at the time of booking via the Promoters appointed Travel Agent.
e. Flights will be dependent on direct availability from the nearest international airport to Guest’s place of residence.
f. The prize does not include meals, any applicable taxes (except for those included in the prices of the match tickets, flight ticket, and accommodation) ground transportation (unless stated) or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for the winner and their guest.
g. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any part is unused.
