I must be looking at this wrong

I looked up some decorations and a guy was bidding on them so I went to check out his bidding history etc .... user ID not found, strange so I clicked on his feedback score to have a look at that and gain any clues and I got this
http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&EncUid=55236b1b952fac177108dba1f04497e5&items=-1&item=-1&de=off

There appears to be no ID history, contact a member etc and no item numbers is it me or is that strange

  • He has a feedback of 100% on 53 items all bought not sold?

Maybe its because hes not the seller, but a bidder??

I see what you mean. No details on what he's bought, or who he's bought it from. They could all be the same seller.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
  • That is very strange, never seen anything like it

It looks as if ebay have hidden the last s digits of the user id with *** so they can not be identified from the link, if you do an advanced search for bidders you should be able to find him and his items etc.

If you go onto an auction that has the "best offer" option you will notice that the bidders id that has made an offer with have some stars so it sisguises the id so i presume it is the same
  • how odd, never seen anything like this, prehaps his account is suspended:confused: you still get all the ifo even if someone is just a buyer so thats not it ?

  • It's just an ebay privacy thingy because you have not had a transaction with this person. If you had a transaction with that person then you would see the last *** of their name and the items bought/sold
