Discharge of Will

I am not sure if I am in the right area however,

Last Novemebr my auntie died (In a nursing home) and I was contacted by her Solicitor regarding her will. It appears she has money invested through an IFA who is a friend of the solicitor. Her will is fairly straight forward and there are basically 11 beneficiaries, but 2 have died since and most of them are in there 80's.

To date I have had no more contact with the solicitor, but have emailed and written to him once requesting to know what is happening over discharging the will. To date I have not received a response (Not even acknowledgment) and find it very strange that he is acting this way. It is nearly 9 months and nothing. I am unsure as to what to do next apart from telephoning him but am not sure of my rights, any help appreciated
