I'm wanting to end my contract and go with someone who does tv/bb/phone.
On the website it says they charge £3 per month outstanding but yet when I rang them they said they charge the full amount!
Am waiting for a reply on the forum, but am so mad :mad:
I thought they had to cut their fees?
