It's not a rumour. Today our Post Office have been promoting the 'limited offer' of no fee balance transfers.

But the PO Credit Card is run by the Bank of Ireland.

There have been loads of people on here had problems with their online service. Would recommend trying again in a bit, as its probably something wrong their end (rather than yours)
