I am raising money for the British Lung Foundation by way of taking part in a charity challenge, horse trekking in Mongolia. This also involves my losing 2 stone in weight and learning to ride!! I have chosen the BLF because my father sufered for many years with lung disease and sadly lung disease is on the increase.
