includes their c/c as well. I've done both - will play with the balance transfer too as a nice little £40 in vouchers!

HSBCs exact response
I noticed from our records that your Online Saver application was made on 29 August 2006.

Please note that the Marks & Spencer voucher is only eligible for customer who apply for Online Saver from 25 August 2006 to 28 August 2006.

As such, I regret that you are not eligible for the Marks & Spencer voucher.

HSBC have until the end of October to pay these vouchers, so I am not sure why you are chasing them already:)

What has your previous post got to do with it? It's hardly proof you made the application on that date.
  • Well I didn't realise that I would need to store proof of when I applied for an online saver - I assumed HSBC wouldn't lie. I am saying it suggests that I'm telling the proof!

Chasing them up; I enquired about them adn was told no.

  • what date does it actually show on your online saver account when you transferred in the initially opening balance?
I applied mine online as well on 25 Aug, and the transaction also showing as 25 Aug.
