I have one of these at the moment. BIN on 8th September and hasn't paid, nor responded to the invoice. They have 14 100% feedback.
The trouble I have is that I go into hospital next week for an operation so will be out for two weeks???????? Anyone???????
I will be NPB-ing mine tomorrow. It's nothing personal against them, just that I truly am not going to be in any position to deal with them if this drags on. I'm going to be bed-ridden for a weeks and not running about to post offices.

I don't think that internet problems is a valid excuse. If I'd bought something and my internet went down I'd be in a panic and would make sure I'd get the details from a friends' computer.
I had quite a shirty message from a buyer asking why I hadn't sent her item. I replied saying because I hadn't received payment. Next day a cheque arrives, backdated but the postmark said it all.0 -
Non paying bidders are on the increase for me. Computer crashing is definately the most used excuse. Ive also had so may people buying multiples of items to then say they only meant to buy one. How do they do this??? eBay confirms twice before hitting the final Buy Now button to ensure that you want the item and quantity.
I ALWAYS file after 7 days unless the buyer has contacted me to explain the reason for the delay in which case I will be more flexible.
7 days is long enough. If I bought something and I received a non paying bidder dispute after 7 days I would feel very guilty. When someone buys off eBay they are asking the seller to hold the item for them pending payment so I think it is only reasonable to pay up promptly. eBay et al are the only online 'retailers' where you could agree to buy something but then pay up later.
I reckon that of all the non paying bidder disputes I start, only around a third then go on to pay, the rest going all the way to a strike being issued against the buyer which simply reinforces that I was right to start the dispute promptly.
A small tip: ALWAYS add a non paying bidder to your blocked bidders list as they may try to seek revenge for the unpaid item strike against them make sure you take advantage of the free relist of the item they didnt pay for.0
