dyson baby ball

About 2 years ago I brought a baby ball hoover, cost £199, included a 5 year guarantee. We have had it repaired 4 times, someone is coming out on monday to repair it again, I would like to ask for a new one, asked customer services and they said ask the repair man. What are my chances of getting a new one? The last time he replaced the motor and brush bar, he said he had never seen one have that many problems, but hopefully that should be it-but it wasn't. I have to take time off work or days holiday to get it fixed.

Had one in the past paid £99 fopr 5 years-it was great. I liked the ball because it could fit in a small cupboard, but it seems like as the price goes up quality came down
Its fab at picking up dog hairs (which is really important to me)-I just wish it worked more consitently-its like every 6 months some has to come out! 0 -
We just got a good old hoover (the brand), brilliantly simple.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
