Probably cheap as you're going to get. Note that it isn't brand new, merely 'new'.

It seems that all Apple goods are generally the same price wherever you go (for new). I did some hunting for my 32gb touch, and did not find any big differences. I think the ability to take it back to a reputable retail is worth the couple of £s you will save from Joe Bloggs Elektriks on the interweb

The apple shop sell refurbished Ipods if that's something you want to consider.
