Citi Platinum Mastercard

Just got home from work and there's a letter from Citi offering me their latest card.

0% on balance transfers until June 1st, 2.5% fee capped at £75. 15.8% rate afterwards.

Not massively competitive to be fair.

One question though - are they anything to do with Capital One? The reason I ask is that on this form they dont ask for info about how long you have worked for a company or even who they are, and the last time I saw that was with Capital One.

I have a Citi card and they are nothing to do with Crapital One, my bog standard Citi card has an ARP of 13.9%, mind you I haggled it down over a period of time from 20%.

Ok, might be worth applying - interestingly enough on the paper application form there is nothing asking who you work for and for how long, yet if you apply online then it does ask you.
